FAQ
Onsei Wallet is an intuitive and secure cryptocurrency wallet designed specifically for the SEI network. It allows you to manage digital assets, store, send, and receive tokens, and integrate with the SEI ecosystem.
Onsei Wallet is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download the app directly from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the simple steps in the app to create a new wallet or import an existing one.
To recover access to your wallet, you need to have your recovery phrase saved, which you received when setting up your wallet. Entering this phrase on a new device will restore full access to your funds.
No, the creators of Onsei Wallet do not have access to your private keys and cannot restore access to your wallet. Onsei Wallet is a non-custodial wallet, meaning you have full control over your private keys. If you lose your private keys or recovery phrase, no one, including the Onsei team, can restore access to your wallet. It’s crucial to keep your recovery phrase stored in a safe place.
You can reach our support team through the contact form on the website under the “Support” section or directly via our social media channels—we recommend Telegram or Discord. We also offer email support and an FAQ section where you can find answers to common questions.
Yes, Onsei Wallet uses advanced security features like PIN, biometric login, and private key encryption to ensure the highest level of protection for your assets. However, security also depends on you—the user. Remember, you are responsible for who can see your screen, who knows your PIN, and how you store your recovery phrase. Never share this information with others, and keep it stored in a secure location to prevent loss of access.
Onsei Wallet does not charge any additional transaction fees. However, blockchain transactions come with network fees (known as gas fees) that are determined by the network itself.
In Onsei Wallet, you can manually add tokens by going to the main screen of the app and clicking “Manage token list.” This option is located below the list of visible tokens. You can add tokens from the available list or import them by pasting the contract address.
